Way Behind

I was unlawfully discharged from an Executive position, I then sued them and they went bankrupt … So no means to ever recuperate my legal fees. I went into a deppression and was never able to land another position in the 100K range. I have debts beyond my capacity to pay and most of these debts are now more than 5 years old. I have been hiding from everyone and I am wondering what I should do. Is it too late to file for bankruptcy? What happens if I do nothing?

It is definitely not to late to file a consumer proposal or a bankruptcy. Based on the informaoitn I would suggest the sooner you contact a licensed trustee in your area, the sooner you can stop hiding.
