CCRA Re:Assessment

If you have been discharged from bankruptcy and CCRA was not a creditor – than after discharge you are audited – certain deductions refused and re:assesed and now owe CCRA – would this become part of the bankruptcy even though at the time they were not a creditor? No fraud allegation involved.

Possibly – it will depend on why the expenses were disallowed. I suggest you contact the trustee that handled you bankruptcy to discuss this problem as it is more complicated than a “free” website can deal with.
