Will court sentence be included into Bankruptcy?

Five years ago I was sentenced to pay $600 and I never payed it. If I file for bankruptcy can this be included?

No, Court imposed fines are not eliminated by filing bankruptcy (or a proposal). You need to either pay the fine or return to Court and ask them to change it.
