Ex fiance and debt

I had lived with my ex for 4 years. We have a child together. She had credit cards befoer we met and aquired new ones in her name during our time. She added me as a secondary card holder. She is now trying to get me to pay for half the debt. Am I responsible for her credit cards. And if she sues will I have to pay.

Sorry, but you need to speak to a family lawyer, not a trustee.

I can tell you that if you name appears on the monthly statements than as far as the credit card companies are concerned, you owe the money joinly and severally with your ex.
