This is a question you are best to ask to the lending / leasing institution. Whether on not they will lend is an internal decision and each institution has different guiding policies. However you can expect some intuitions, due to the negative impact of bankruptcy on your credit, to be a little gun shy. As a result you may be looking at a slightly higher interest rates as the financing may have to be provided by higher risk lenders.
Having said this, start with the company you have been leasing with for the last few years, you have a good track record with them and I expect they will be more willing that an institution that doesn’t know you from Adam.
