One Response to “getting a mortgage”

This is a question better posed of the mortgage representatives at your local banks, or sometimes even better, a local mortgage broker. What I find is often mortgage brokers will have access to lenders who are willing to look at unusual circumstances and can be persuaded to come on board easier than the traditional lenders.

The downside of non-traditional lenders is that they often will require a slightly higher interest rate than is available to the normal public. The only way to avoid this is to spend time rebuilding your credit. For more information you can follow the following link: credit repair.
