i have a tax problem and currently government is garnishing my income, if however I retire and receive my CPP and OAS, does Revenue CAnada
garnish part of what I receive from it.

While CPP and OAS typically can’t be garnished directly form the source (i.e taken before the money is put into your bank account), CRA can still seize the bank account whenever they choose. So you will probably be forced to deal with the debt via the filing of a bankruptcy or a consumer proposal before you can be assured that your retirement monies are safe.
