If I declare, bankruptcy do I lose my RRSP?

For the most part, RRSPs are exempt from assets that are lost in bankruptcy. However, this part of bankruptcy is dealt with specifically by provincial law. As such, it would be a good idea to contact a trustee in your area to discuss how your RRSP may be affected.
