By filing for personal bankruptsy in BC, would my assets outside Canada be vulnerable to the creditors’ debt settlemt demands?

Yes they are/would be. If you decide to file for bankruptcy you are required to disclose your assets and income where ever they may be in the world – your trustee must then decide how to go about turning those assets into cash for your creditors.
