My Mom is probably going to recieve an inheritance – she recently had to go bankrupt. How much will they take?

If she receives an inheritance the entire inheritance will be lost. The inheritance monies will then be used to pay the trustee’s administration costs, your mothers debts in full plus 5% interest and if anything is left it will go back to your mother.
