Are court fees, taxes and small claims judgements covered by bankruptcy?

For the most part court fees and judgements are dischargeable (or covered) in a bankruptcy. The only major exception to this would be a) fines, penalties or restitution orders (or items similar in nature) b) any award of damages in a civil court for bodily harm, sexual assault or death resulting from either and c) debts resulting from fraud. Taxes are also dischargeable in a bankruptcy.
