Does Bankruptcy affect my CPP LTD-Long Term Disability i have received for the past 7 years?

While most pensions are exempt in bankruptcy once you start to receive the funds they become income. I am assuming that you are receiving the CPP LTD monthly. The amount you are receiving would be considered income in a bankruptcy. Therefore depending on the amount you receive together with your household size and household income you may have surplus income to the bankruptcy estate each month.
