hi,property taxes and strata fees,can i erase these by bankruptcy,dont see it anywhere,thank you

No, you can’t. Both have the ability to place a charge/lien on title. Unpaid property taxes have an extra collection tool – if they remain unpaid for 3 years the municipality has the right to seize and sell the property to recover the money. Treat these bills like your mortgage – if you want to stay in your home then they must be paid.
