I am a sub contractor for a drywall company I haven’t been able to pay my taxes for the year of 2011 cause I’ve got so many bills and also have two small kids that I’m responsible for. I’ve got a lot of bills and I can’t seem to get ahead at all I’m living pay to pay. I’m starting to think that bankruptcy is my only option!

Bankruptcy is certianly one option, but you should speak to someone that will go through all of your options (bankruptcy, a proposal, credit counselling, a loan, etc, etc.). Trustees are obligated by law to review all of your options with you – if you are not comfortable calling a trustee then start with a not-for-profit credit counsellor. Just becareful – whomever you speak to shoudl not be charging you any up-front fees. If some one asks you for money right away or seems to be “pushing you” go and speak to some one else…
