What happens if my trustee closes my file because I can’t complete my duties while bankrupt?

This is referred to as a Trustee Discharge. What a Trustee Discharge does is it removes the trustee from the file and put’s and end to the court protection. So if you haven’t complied and haven’t been cleared from the debts it serves to reinstate the rights of the creditors and while you will still be in bankruptcy they will now have the ability to again collect on the debts.
