MISTAKE IN THE PROPOSAL
August 7th, 2012 by Questions
I HAVE FILED A CONSUMER PROPOSAL AND IT HAS BEEN SENT TO THE CREDITORS WHEN i HAVE REVIEWED THE EXPENSE SHEET i SEE MY PROPERTY TAX HAS BEEN ABOUT 400 DOLLARS MORE THAN THE ACTUAL PER MONTH BUT SECURED PAYMENT TO THE CREDITOR IS SHOWING ZERO WHICH SHOULD BE ABOUT 400 DOLLARS,
SO NET RESULT IS NO CHANGE BUT THE INFORMATION IS STILL WRONG,WHAT IS MY BEST BET IN THIS CASE AS THE TRUSTEE IS NOT KEEN TO AMEND THE PAPER?

Follow the direction of your trustee. If it is simply a change in categorization and nothing else changes you shouldn’t have any problems.
