If you file a consuer proposal how is that
reported to the credit bureau, is it reported as a R7 or R9 ?

A consumer proposal should be listed as an R7 for a 3 year period from the date you were finished the proposal. If it is not listed correctly you would need to contact the credit bureau to have them adjust the inappropriate notation (unfortunately the credit bureau will regular make a mistake on this so it is good to watch your credit rating to make sure the proper notation is listed).
