Conditional Order

We have received a Conditional Order until we pay back $55,000. Which was purchasing back equity in our house, RESPs and excess income. We can’t be absolute discharged without paying this all back. If we sell our house and have equity of $200,000 does only $55, 000 go to Trustee or all of the $200,000 to pay our creditors since we are still in bankruptcy?
