Can you give me an estimated time frame from the time you meet with a trustee to declare bankruptcy to the time you would be declared bankrupt – considering prompt filing of forms etc.

It is more comon to wait a day or two just to make sure a person has thought the process through…
So, if for some reason you are in a hurry to file, ask the trustee(s) that you call how quickly they will process your file. Go with the one that best suits your needs…
