Surplus income

When calculating surplus income, do I need to include my 22 yr old daughter`s fluctuating income? She pays no rent at home, nor has she ever.

If your daughter is still in school and not contributing to the hosuehold in any way then your trustee may allow you to exclude her income. If she is no longer in school then your trustee is likely to point out that at 22 years of age perhaps she should be helping out, particularly since you are in some financial difficulty…
So, discuss this in detail with your trustee BEFORE you file.
