What happens if a bankrupt has consistantly not fulfilled the duties of a bankrupt

If a bankrupt fails to complete his duties the court will unltimately remove the trustee (called a trustee discharge), leaving the debtor in bankrupty, but removing the court protection. So despite being in bankruptcy the creditors will be able to pursue the debtor for the full balance of the debt.
