I Am 68 Years Old. Considering Bankruptcy. Are There Other Alternatives at My Age ?

There are a number of options you can consider. They include the filing of a bankruptcy, consumer proposal, a consolidation loan, or a debt management plan.

These are all options that will be reviewed local trustee you will meet with and eligibility is largely determined on your cash flow. The general rule is the more cash flow you have available each month the more likely these other options will work for you.
