receipts

August 26th, 2010 by Questions

One of your questions asked previously was about receipts. In bankruptcy do you have to account for all money spent or just for money over your surplus amount? If it is for all money spent will I have to ask for receipts for every time I go get a coffee from timmies or put money in a parking meter?

When in bankruptcy you are obligated to account for all of your spending. So you are right you have to get a receipt for every coffee you purchase, or where possible parking and the like.
