conditional discharge

when the conditions on conditional discharge have been met, will the date of absolute discharge be the same as the conditional, or will there be a new date?
Also, what about money obtained durring the conditional discharge period.

One Response to “conditional discharge”

, A licensed trustee said:

When you satisfy the terms of your Conditional Discharge your trustee will file a supplementary report to the Court which will then issue an Order of Discharge dated on whatever day the Court signed the new Order.

As to what happens to money you have obtained during the conditional period, it depends onm how the money was acquired. If we are talking about your take home pay then no disclosure is required. If you won the lottery or received an inheritance then you are required to tell your trustee about it.

When in doubt, call your trustee.
