writ of seizure and sale HELP!
I received a letter that states a writ of seizure and sale to our home. our house is conditionally sold but we own the property with 2 other parties. will this letter complicate the sale even if i try to make payment arrangements? I owe $20k for gst to the government; I believe that some of that money oweing should be exempt for the fact that I wasn`t charging gst for 2 years. I have considered bankruptcy but I need more info. Thank you in advance. Chad

At this point what you really need to do is to contact a local trustee. The questions you have identified are really going to depend on a number of things, including how far you are into the sale process, at what point the writ was registered and who it was registered by.
