Being bondable and bankruptcy

If employer asks whether you are bondable and one had filled bankruptcy what the answer should be?

If you are an undischarged bankrupt then you probably are not bondable. If you have been discharged (your bankruptcy is over) then you should be (unless you have some other problem…). The only way to know for sure is to ask the bonding agency.
