Bankruptcy and RESP

What if the primary subscriber is the one going bankrupt and the joint subscriber is not. Is the RESP safe from creditors them?

Unfortunately the RESP is not necessarily safe from the creditors, you have a 50% share in the RESP and it legally must be realized by trustee on behalf of the unsecured creditors.
