Co Leasee question

I am a Co leasee on a car my ex and I had. I have had full possession of the car for the last year making payments and insurance in my name. The lease is up and if I return the car they estimated 1200-1500 to fix damages. If my ex claims bankruptcy can she include the car and avoid me having to pay for the damages.

If you are a co-leasee on the vehicle then no. Your ex’s bankruptcy has no ability to compromise a debt that you are legally responsible for.
