What is the bets option for my situation. Totaldebt $70K both me and my husbavd…I work full-time and my husband on EI…combine income around $3600…we can`t keep up with paying everything thinking of bankruptcy but I`m in the process of sponsoring my parents to migrate here already in the last stage (medical)…Debt management or Consumerl proposal?

From the sounds of it you may want to explore the filing of a consumer proposal. When you are in the midst of sponsoring someone to come to Canada a bankruptcy may result in you not being eligible to act as a sponsor. However, a consumer proposal shouldn’t cause you any difficulties.
