Hi…can you include your Utilities Bills in Bankruptcy? Will they get turned off?

Yes, you can include your utilities. They won’t be shut off, but often a deposit will be required in advance of providing services. This deposit will often be a couple of hundred dollars so unless your debt is larger than a couple of hundred dollars there is really no point including them.
