2nd job
I will be discharged from bankruptcy in May 2009. I work full time but recently pursued motorcycle training in order to teach it, as a hobby in 2009. Though i have not received a paycheque, do i need to disclose this to my trustee? I don`t want to extend my bankruptcy, but if having this job will extend it, then i will abandon it. Your thoughts? Thank you

Your trustee will be interested in this second job when/if you earn a paycheque. If it means you may have to start paying surplus income (earning more than the threshold amount) then you may want to discuss this BEFORE you start the job. If you can start this second job and it is something you’d like to do (hey, who wouldn’t want to teach people how to ride…) then there will be a way you can do it…
