Lying on Bankruptcy Statement
My ex-husband owes me money. I am listed as one of his creditors in his bankruptcy statement. He has one employer listed, however, I am aware that he is working at another place of employment, either as his sole employer or as an additional employer. I brought this to the attention of the trustee, but they have not investigated it fully. I believe he is making more than what he is claming to be making. I am quite concerned that nothing will be done with this. Is there anyone I can turn to? Is there any means of protection for the creditors in a bankruptcy?

The first place to contact is the trustee, but if you aren’t satisfied with the response you got there you can also contact your local Superintendent of Bankruptcy’s office, you will be able to find their contact information through the following link: Superintendent of Bankruptcy
