assest

September 27th, 2008 by Questions

I had made a verbal agreement with my ex girlfriends brother to borrow money to make some payments on loans. I signed my vehicle over to him as collateral untill i payed him back, then he would sign it back over to me. How would this affect myself or him? The vehicle is only worth maybe 1500$ at most.

Likely no one will care due to the value of the car – when you speak to a trustee be certain to tell them what you’ve done before you file for bankruptcy – then they can tell you exactly how it might affect your procedure.
