credit cards and airmiles

Hi,
It might be a stupid question but if I declare bankruptcy will I lose all my airmiles that I have colected over years with my credit cards.

In most situations if the points are held by a bank (i.e. CIBC Aeroplan) they often are erased by the bank. However if you go through Airmiles, which is a 3rd party then chances are nothing will happen to them.
