I Haven`t payed a credit card in 18 months thats well over 25000 Revenue canada said thet came first and i have been paying them. Is going bankrupt too late for me? I am now seperated and paying support. Will they hold my term longer then 9 months? Live in N.B. Thanks

It is definately not to late to file either a bankrputcy or a proposal and both will enable you to deal with the credit card and the outstanding Revenue Canada (CRA) debt.

However, when dealing with CRA you are best to act quickly as they have a number of special collection abilities that your average creditor does not. Therefore I would suggest that you contact local trustee right away.
