if i fill bankruptcy i\’m allow to leave canada or i can\’t do that untill i get discharge thanks for the help

There are no restrictions on entering or exiting the country while in bankruptcy.

Ultimately all you have to worry about is keeping up with your duties and responsibilites while in bankruptcy (i.e. filing of monthly income and expense statements, making payments, providing tax information, attending counsellings sessions or any additional meetings requried by your trustee…)and other than that you shouldn’t have to many difficulties.

The best thing to do is to discuss this with a local trustee and they will help you to understand what you can and can’t do during a bankruptcy.
