CCTB, UCCB and GST

I am considering filing for bankruptcy in Ontario. Included in this bankruptcy will be money I owe to the government for taxes from 2006. Will I still receive my Child Tax Benefit, Universal Child Care Benefit and GST?

You should receive your UCCB amd CTB, but your GST will likely be taken by the government to recover a portion of your taxes payable.
