If you have filed within the last 7 years your bankruptcy will likely still appear on your credit bureau report and therefore I expect the RCMP will be mnade aware of it. If it has been more than 7 years then it will depend on how detailed a search the RCMP perform – if I had to guess, I expect they will discover it. At the very least, you should anticipate a questionnaire as part of the process that may ask you if you’ve been bankrupt before…
