If I file for bancruptcy while in university will I be allowed to continue to pay my course fees every few months?

You may definitely continue to pay your course fees and other charges – bankruptcy only prohibits you from making payments towards your unsecured debts.
The challenge is to make ceratin that you have enough cash in the bank to pay the fees – obtaining any new credit during bankruptcy is difficult (that’s something of an understatement!).
Discuss your concerns with your trustee before you file – in that way there won’t be any surprises for you during the procedure.
