Aeroplan miles and airmiles

This is a great website for bankruptcy. If I file for bankruptcy, will they take away my aeroplan miles and airmiles? If so, can I redeem these miles for products before I go bankrupt? Thanks.

While I haven’t seen any official policy on aeroplan miles and airmiles we have seen a number of occasions where these bonus points were forfeited as a result of bankruptcy.
