Vehicles when bankrupt

how many vehicles are you able to have while you are bankrupt? my husband is in bankruptcy and has a work truck, are we allowed to have a car?

Yes you are allowed to keep a vehicle, however, the rules for vehicles vary from province to province. In each province a trustee can provide you with advice on vehicles in a bankruptcy, so I suggest you click on the Find An Expert link on the right hand side of this page, and contact a trustee in your province.
