Travel

If a person is in financial trouble and creditors are making calls to get their money, but this person has not yet filed for bankruptcy, is this person still able to travel abroad. Will there be any issues at the border? Please provide whatever information you have on this. Thanks so much.

You shouldn’t have any issues with travel, either inside or outside of Canada. This holds true whether or not you have filed for bankruptcy.
