INCOME LIMIT
I am a single person and my monthly income is under the limit set by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy.
If I am able to save $ 100.00 a month can my trustee request that I pay the $ 100.00 into my estate or by law am I entitled to keep the savings?

As long as you are below the income limit set by the Office of The Superintendent of Bankruptcy and you are able to make the minimum payment that is required by your trustee, if you are able to save a little each month it would be encouraged and the money wouldn’t be at risk of seizure.
