Is it possible for me to get a (Free) credit report from the Credit Unions, Equifax and Trans Union as I do not have a Credit Card or a whole lot of money? I have already sent them my discharge Certificate and I would like to know my credit status. `Free`

Both of the major credit bureau’s (Equifax and TransUnion) have a mechanism that allow consumer’s to order a copy of their credit report with no cost. This is typically permitted to be done once every year and can be accessed through each of their respective websites.
