Can I file a consumer proposal in Canada if I am currently on a Debt Management program

I`m presently on a Debt Management. Can I still apply for consumer proposal? I have been in the program for 1 year.

You should have no problem with filing a consumer proposal. The presence of a debt management plan won’t make any difference in the proposal process.
