I have no income. I have no money in the bank. My home is in foreclosure. My wife is divorcing me. I have no choice but to declare bankruptcy. What does it cost to file?

The cost to file bankruptcy is based on a few factors, such as ongoing income as well as assets you may own.
Given your current situation, you may be looking at the minimum cost to file which is determined by each local trustee. There may be some other factors that could affect the cost, so it will be a good idea for you to sit down with a trustee to go over your situation in some detail and discuss factors that could affect you.
