There is nothing in the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act that restricts/prohibits you from being employed in any occupation – you need to check with each specific profession to see if they have any restrictions. I am not aware of any for individuals that have filed a consumer proposal, but you’ll need to check with each profession directly to be sure.
