In most cases there is no impact on your home when you file a consumer proposal. I would have to confirm a few details to make sure, but that is easy to do. I would be happen to look at things and make sure that is the case. But for reference, it is not like a bankruptcy, there is no automatic vesting of assets so most every proposal that I see there is no impact on things like your home.
