PArking Tickets
can parking tickets be included in a proposal? i accumulated a large number of parking tickets while working downtown and can not afford to pay them. my plate has been in denial for a few years now. this is not the reason for the proposal but just wondering if they can be included as they total approx. 3000.

No, parking tickets (and traffic tickets/fines) cannot be included in a proposal. They must be paid in full. If you are not able to do so you may apply to the Court to have them reduced, but you will need a compelling reason…
