proposal payment calculation

I know both my and my wife’s income would be used along with monthly expenses to calculate my proposal payments. My question is would her baby bonus and her child support from her ex husband be considered income?

Yes, you would legally have to include both the baby bonus and child support as part of her income. The only way around this is if you choose not to disclose your spouses income.
